We're not actually an agency
Having worked at a wide range of start-ups and small businesses, we know that working with marketing agencies and consultants can be fraught with danger.
Whether it's hiring someone who doesn't deliver, or just feeling like you're not getting value for money, we thought that there was a better way.
A hybrid 'agency' made up of experienced marketing experts
In short, Rise is a collection of freelance marketing experts who can work full or part time to provide your business with the marketing function that it needs, when it needs it.
We work with you to audit your marketing, put together a marketing plan and identify the most relevant experts at Rise needed to implement it. Perhaps you can do some or all of it yourself, or we manage it all for you.
Agile, cost-effective and trust-worthy.
Essentially Rise is your marketing team, either instead of hiring one in-house, or in addition to marketers that you already have on board. We'll work side by side with your team to grow your business.
The personnel involved can evolve as we learn which marketing works best for your business, so you're never stuck with expensive, obsolete support.

Start with a call
Thirty minutes with a Growth Marketing expert, not a sales team. Tell us what you're trying to grow and how fast; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to get you there — and if we're not, we'll say so.

Plan before spend
Most engagements start with a planning phase, shaped to where you are — pre-launch or scaling. We work out what each channel can realistically deliver for you and what to do first, as a small fixed-price project. Already know exactly what you need — say, someone senior on Meta Ads? We skip straight to step three.

Specialists deployed
The plan decides the channels; the channels decide the team. Senior specialists — only the ones you actually need — working under one strategic lead. No account managers, no juniors, no bench you're paying for but not using.

Flexible Growth
Transparent reporting against what we said we'd deliver, and specialists scaled up or down as the data comes in. No fixed retainers, so we're kept on because it's working, not because you're locked in. Our longest-running client is in year five.
